Our Business Tax Advisory team delivers tailored tax advice across a broad range of areas, supporting large, listed, and international corporate clients as they navigate increasingly complex tax legislation and align their tax strategy with wider commercial objectives.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Business Tax Advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate tax professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality advisory services, developing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of both the team and the wider business.

In this role, you will work with complex, high-profile clients and play a key part in shaping solutions that support their strategic ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Director, your role will include:

• Building and strengthening relationships with large, listed, and international corporate clients

• Providing expert advice on complex areas of tax legislation

• Driving innovation through the use of technology and smarter ways of working

• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across processes and service delivery

• Supporting and developing colleagues, helping to build capability within the team

• Contributing to business growth through strong client service and advisory excellence

About You

We are looking for someone with strong technical capability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to build trusted client relationships.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• ACA and/or CTA qualified, or qualified by relevant experience

• Extensive experience managing a portfolio of large corporate, listed, and international groups

• Strong background in delivering corporate tax advisory services

• Demonstrable technical tax expertise, particularly within complex corporate environments

• Proven ability to build new client relationships and win advisory work

• Experience collaborating with colleagues across other service lines, such as:

• Management Consulting

• Risk Advisory and Internal Audit

• M&A and Transactions

• Technology and Digital Consulting
