What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality Capital Allowances services while building strong client relationships and supporting wider business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing Capital Allowances support to a diverse portfolio of clients
Managing client work proactively while maintaining high standards of technical quality
Working closely with senior managers, directors, and partners to support clients effectively
Contributing to client onboarding and engagement processes
Supporting billings, recoveries, and cash collection activities
Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and offer additional support to clients
Recognising and managing risk in line with the firm’s quality control procedures
Collaborating across teams to deliver joined-up, effective client solutions
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines technical tax knowledge with a proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills.
You’ll bring:
Up-to-date tax knowledge, including specialist understanding of Capital Allowances
The ability to approach and interpret complex tax issues
Experience managing or supporting a portfolio of clients
Exposure to client take-on, engagements, billing processes, and recoveries
The ability to deliver Capital Allowances services across a wide range of organisations
An understanding of risk and quality control procedures within a professional services environment
Progress toward a relevant qualification such as ATT, RICS, CTA, ACA, or equivalent
How You’ll Work

You will need to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and be ready to spot opportunities to improve how we support our clients.
