Corporate Tax Associate

RSM UK is hiring a Corporate Tax Associate within its Southern region corporate tax team. The role sits in a national service line that supports a broad portfolio of middle-market businesses with both corporation tax compliance and advisory work. The associate will join a high-performing team serving clients across sectors including technology, manufacturing, leisure and tourism, retail, professional services, and construction. The position involves acting as a key member of the client service team, maintaining regular contact with clients and collaborating internally to plan and deliver work. Core responsibilities include delivering high-quality corporation tax compliance services, supporting advisory assignments, working with colleagues across departments, and helping senior team members with business development activity, proposals, and networking opportunities. RSM is looking for someone with a background in accountancy practice and a solid grounding in corporate tax. Ideally, candidates will be part-qualified in ACA, CTA, or a similar accountancy or tax qualification. Teamworking ability is important, and experience using specialist tax software would be helpful, though it is not essential.
