About the Role
RSM UK is hiring a Corporate Tax Associate to join its growing Corporate Tax team in the Southern region. The role sits within a national tax service line that supports a broad portfolio of middle-market businesses with both compliance and advisory work. The position offers exposure to clients across multiple sectors, including technology, manufacturing, leisure and tourism, retail, professional services, and construction.
In this role, the successful candidate will be a key part of the client service team, helping to deliver corporation tax compliance work while maintaining regular contact with clients and coordinating with internal teams. The associate will also collaborate with colleagues across departments, support senior team members on business development initiatives, and contribute to proposals and networking opportunities.
RSM is looking for someone with a background in accountancy practice and a solid grounding in corporate tax, ideally part-qualified in ACA, CTA, or a similar qualification. Teamwork is important, and experience using specialist tax software would be beneficial, though not essential. The firm is seeking someone curious, adaptable, and motivated to improve processes and build strong working relationships.
The firm offers a flexible benefits package that includes 25 days of holiday with the option to buy more, wellbeing and financial benefits, an electric car scheme, access to a virtual GP, and extensive on-demand learning resources. RSM also highlights its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating a workplace where people from all backgrounds feel they belong.
