Corporate Tax Director

RSM UK is hiring a Corporate Tax Director for its Cambridge or Milton Keynes office, joining a national corporate tax team that supports a broad portfolio of larger corporate clients, including businesses with international activities. The role combines responsibility for corporate tax compliance with delivery of advisory work, within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment focused on helping middle-market businesses grow. The successful candidate will oversee all corporation tax matters for a portfolio of larger corporate clients and contribute to advisory projects. They will also play a visible part in business development through proposals, networking and identifying new fee-earning opportunities, helping to shape the future growth of both the local office and the wider firm. This is also a leadership role with responsibility for developing and supporting a growing team. RSM is looking for someone who can mentor others, share technical knowledge, and help build capability within the corporate tax practice while maintaining a strong external network and a broad understanding of the firm’s wider services and the commercial issues affecting clients. RSM is seeking a CTA or ATII qualified professional, or equivalent, with significant experience at Senior Manager or Associate Director level in corporate tax across both compliance and advisory work.
