The role involves key responsibilities in fund launches, deal origination, and global compliance, with the potential to help build a team from the ground up. The position requires assistances with legislative tax changes, supporting global investments, integrating new structures, and drafting board reports on key tax matters. The candidate will also monitor compliance requirements for various funds and ensure that appropriate tax policies are implemented and maintained. A strong focus on transfer pricing policies and documentation will be crucial to this role, requiring interaction with local service providers and advisors.
