About the Team
BDO’s Corporate Tax practice is a central part of the wider Tax function and plays a vital role across the business. The team works closely with colleagues across BDO, delivering expert tax advice and practical solutions to clients both in the UK and internationally.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality corporate tax services while helping identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand service offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a substantial client portfolio in a profitable and effective way
Providing expert advice on complex corporate tax matters
Building strong relationships with client senior management teams
Working collaboratively with senior managers, directors, and partners across BDO
Taking a proactive approach to your workload and client service delivery
Identifying opportunities to enhance delivery and introduce additional services
Supporting project delivery and staff management within the team
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and commercially aware tax professional who can combine technical excellence with strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
You’ll ideally bring:
In-depth and up-to-date tax knowledge, including the ability to handle complex tax issues
Specialist expertise in taxation
Project management and people management experience
A proven ability to manage client portfolios profitably
Experience developing new business opportunities, including winning new clients and expanding services for existing clients
Experience working with senior client stakeholders
Degree-level education and/or CTA, ACA, or an equivalent professional qualification
Demonstrable post-qualified experience
