We are looking for a highly capable and client-focused professional to play a pivotal role within the team. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to contribute across client delivery, team support, and operational oversight.

• Support senior leadership in managing team resourcing and staffing requirements effectively.

• Deliver a proactive and efficient service that is tailored to client needs and consistently client-focused.

• Take ownership of outsourcing relationships across a substantial portfolio of clients.

• Promote internal stakeholder awareness of client activity, ensuring colleagues across the firm remain informed where they are also involved in service delivery or hold broader client relationships.

• Develop junior team members by coaching them in strengthening their client management capabilities.

• Act as a mentor and appraiser for more junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth and performance.

• Manage the financial aspects of client relationships, including fee recovery, debtor management, and work in progress.

• Ensure risk is appropriately managed in line with company expectations and professional standards.
