Join RSM UK and play a key role in supporting senior leaders within our Tax service line. We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to provide first-class administrative and operational support to our Tax Partners and Directors, while also offering ad hoc assistance to the wider team.

As an Executive Assistant in Tax, you will act as a trusted point of coordination between senior leadership, clients, and internal teams. Your ability to stay organised, remain proactive, and manage multiple priorities will be essential in keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently.
This role is central to the success of the Tax leadership team, requiring a combination of professionalism, discretion, strong communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this varied and high-impact role, your responsibilities will include:
Providing dedicated support to Partners and Directors across the Tax service line
Managing complex diaries and calendars, including prioritising meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
Preparing professional documentation, including presentations, reports, letters, and proposal materials
Maintaining accurate CRM records and producing reports when required
Coordinating events and conferences, including logistics, budget management, and collaboration with the national business development team
Organising travel arrangements for Partners and team members
Supporting financial administration, including:
Monthly billing
Online client card payments upon request
Supplier payment query resolution
Collating and processing Partner expenses in line with RSM policies
Undertaking business development research to support Partners and their client growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience supporting senior management or executive-level stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Intermediate MS Office skills, along with experience using CRM systems
A high level of discretion and confidentiality
A client-focused mindset with enthusiasm for excellent service delivery
The ability to work independently, using initiative to identify opportunities and suggest solutions
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities simultaneously
