What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your experience, level, and area of expertise, but may include:

• Delivering high-quality technical tax advice across a range of client issues

• Managing and leading client engagements for large and multinational businesses

• Identifying tax risks and opportunities and turning them into practical, commercial solutions

• Supporting complex transactions, business restructurings, and strategic tax planning projects

• Working on cross-border assignments in collaboration with colleagues across the WTS Global network

• Leading the adoption of technology-enabled working practices, including digital tools that improve efficiency and client outcomes

• Building strong and lasting client relationships

• Contributing to business development activity, including proposals and growth initiatives

• Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members

What We’re Looking For

We are interested in speaking with individuals who bring a combination of strong technical capability, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset.

You are likely to offer:

• A professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent

• or be qualified by experience

• Experience in tax advisory or tax compliance, gained in either practice or industry

• Strong technical expertise in one or more tax specialisms

• A commercial mindset with the ability to turn complex tax issues into clear, practical advice

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in managing client relationships and supporting or leading junior team members

• A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach that aligns with our culture
