What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow a portfolio of private clients, ensuring a high standard of service and long-term relationship development.

• Work closely with Partners and Directors on strategic client matters and wider team initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to add value to clients through proactive, commercially focused advice.
• Build strong internal and external relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and collaborative team leader.
• Support business development activity by contributing to growth initiatives and helping expand the private client service offering.
• Coach and develop junior team members, providing guidance, support, and leadership.

• Manage risk appropriately and ensure all client work is completed in a professional and commercially effective manner.
