Senior Manager - Corporate Tax Financial Services

S&W is hiring a Senior Manager to join its London Financial Services tax team, supporting a broad portfolio of clients across the FS sector. The role combines complex corporate tax compliance and provisioning work with advisory responsibilities, ensuring clients receive commercially focused advice and support on risks and opportunities affecting their businesses. The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of Financial Services clients and handle a mix of compliance, tax provisioning, and advisory matters. The role also involves broader business tax work such as international tax issues, R&D tax credits, and awareness of VAT and employment tax, alongside involvement in transactions and due diligence assignments. This is a senior client-facing position with a strong emphasis on relationship management and business development. The Senior Manager will act as a trusted adviser, engage clients on wider strategic issues, identify opportunities within the client base, and contribute to winning new work while developing specialist technical or sector expertise. S&W is looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA, CA and/or CTA professional with significant corporate tax experience gained in practice and/or industry. Candidates should be technically strong, experienced in managing people and clients, commercially minded, and comfortable dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders.
