Senior Manager - Tax Advisory

Xeinadin is seeking a Senior Manager - Tax Advisory to join its Liverpool-based UK team on a permanent hybrid basis. The role sits within the firm’s specialist Tax Advisory function, which supports regional offices and clients on a wide variety of complex tax matters including corporate reorganisations, share schemes, property structuring, shareholder exits, family investment companies, and inheritance tax planning. The hire is driven by growing demand for advisory services. In this position, the successful candidate will lead complex tax advisory assignments from initial scoping through to implementation. They will provide high-level technical advice, work closely with clients to ensure recommendations are practical and clearly delivered, and help execute solutions effectively. The role also includes developing trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and owner-managed businesses. The Senior Manager will also help shape the growth of the service line beyond client delivery. This includes contributing to webinars, technical content, and wider thought leadership, while also mentoring junior colleagues and supporting a collaborative team culture. The role therefore combines hands-on advisory work, client relationship management, and leadership responsibilities. Xeinadin is looking for a qualified tax professional such as CTA, ACCA, ACA, ICAS, or a former HMRC Inspector. Candidates should be commercially aware, proactive, technically strong, and confident in project ownership, report writing, and client communication. Experience advising SMEs, entrepreneurs, or owner-managed businesses would be advantageous.
