The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our European Tax (ETX) Team. In this role, you will support the handling of VAT matters for European sales subsidiaries and play an important part in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across tax-related processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of the European Tax Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of VAT-related postings prepared by the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams

• Ensuring that EU VAT is applied and recorded correctly in line with local VAT regulations

• Preparing monthly:

• VAT returns

• EU sales listings

• Intrastat reports for affiliated companies

• Managing annual foreign VAT refund claims

• Performing VAT account reconciliations and carrying out related analyses

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong financial foundation, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar finance, tax, or VAT-related role

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to analyze, interpret, and work with financial information
