The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our London Corporate Tax Advisory team and National Transaction Taxes team, creating exciting Manager-level opportunities. Our tax advisory practice has delivered three consecutive years of double-digit growth, and we are looking for talented professionals to help us continue this momentum while supporting a portfolio of large corporate clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Manager within our tax advisory team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advice and leading complex client assignments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of tax advisory services for a portfolio of clients

• Managing complex advisory assignments from initial scoping through to final delivery

• Acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients on ongoing matters and specific projects

• Taking ownership of engagement management, including:

• negotiating scope of work

• agreeing fees

• ensuring timely delivery

• maintaining quality standards

• managing risk appropriately

• Coordinating and project-managing multidisciplinary teams, including:

• corporate tax specialists

• experts from other service lines

• international colleagues across the Forvis Mazars global network

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a confident and technically strong tax professional who can combine advisory expertise with excellent relationship and project management skills.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• A relevant professional qualification such as ACA, CTA, or equivalent

• Strong project management capability, with experience leading teams on complex assignments

• Broad and robust technical tax knowledge

• At least 3 years of relevant UK tax experience, primarily within the corporate tax environment

• The ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues

• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
