Due to continued growth and increased demand across our Tax practice, we are seeking experienced corporate tax professionals to join our Northern Ireland Tax team at Senior Manager level. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile client engagements while expanding your leadership, advisory, and relationship management capabilities.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, you will play a central role in leading client engagements, strengthening existing relationships, and supporting business development activities. You will bring together your technical tax knowledge, commercial awareness, and leadership capability to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
You will also be instrumental in developing high-performing teams, mentoring colleagues, and helping shape the strategic direction of the practice to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of a wide range of leadership, client, and technical responsibilities, including:
Managing and growing client relationships, including responsibility for a portfolio of clients
Building new business opportunities and supporting lead generation initiatives
Collaborating with senior colleagues and subject matter specialists on the delivery of advisory and compliance services
Leading communication and marketing efforts that support client engagement and practice growth
Managing technical correspondence and discussions with HM Revenue & Customs
Overseeing compliance, reporting, and advisory projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Handling client and statutory deadlines, billing processes, and effective work allocation across the team
Supporting and developing junior team members, both technically and operationally
Promoting a diverse and inclusive team culture where contributions are recognised and valued
Helping ensure the smooth and effective operation of the wider business unit
About You
We are looking for a confident and commercially aware tax professional who combines technical strength with leadership ability and a strong client focus.
You will ideally have:
ACA or CTA qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification
Strong corporate tax experience
A genuine desire to contribute to the continued growth of a successful team and business
Commercial awareness and strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and build new opportunities
The agility to respond effectively to changes in the external market and client environment
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
Experience in delegating work and developing junior colleagues
A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving and service delivery
