We are looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Finance Department. This role is ideal for a tax professional with a strong foundation in global minimum tax, international taxation, and transfer pricing, who is ready to contribute to a dynamic and evolving tax environment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the Tax function across a wide range of responsibilities, including compliance with the OECD Pillar Two framework, Domestic / Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-Up Tax (DMTT / QDMTT) obligations, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and broader international tax and transfer pricing matters.


Key Responsibilities

1. Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax

You will support the business in meeting its obligations under the OECD Pillar Two rules and related local requirements.

  • Assist with the collection, validation, and reconciliation of entity-level data for Pillar Two calculations

  • Support calculations relating to:

  • GloBE income

  • Adjusted covered taxes

  • Effective Tax Rate (ETR)

  • Help prepare Pillar Two working papers and DMTT / QDMTT templates

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure:

  • Accurate supporting documentation

  • Clear audit trails

  • Complete and reliable schedules

2. Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)

You will contribute to the preparation and accuracy of reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Support the collection, review, and consolidation of CbCR data

  • Assist in preparing CbCR filings

  • Perform reconciliations between:

  • Financial statements

  • CbCR submissions

  • Transfer pricing documentation

  • Maintain organized working papers

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, complete, and timely

3. International Tax Support

This role will involve exposure to a broad range of international tax matters impacting cross-border operations.

  • Evaluate the tax implications of cross-border transactions

  • Support analysis of:

  • Intercompany arrangements

  • Cost allocations

  • Other international tax matters

  • Assist with tax structuring initiatives

  • Contribute to the drafting of international tax memoranda

  • Monitor tax law and regulatory developments in the UAE and other jurisdictions

  • Identify and communicate potential business impacts and risks

4. Transfer Pricing

You will help support the group’s transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements.

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining:

  • Master file

  • Local file

  • Support the review of intercompany transactions for compliance with relevant regulations

  • Contribute to transfer pricing projects, including:

  • Policy development

  • Functional analysis

  • Benchmarking studies

5. Compliance, Coordination & General Tax Support

You will also provide broader support across tax compliance activities and ongoing tax-related initiatives.

  • Help ensure the timely completion of tax filings

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors

  • Support administrative tax matters

  • Assist with new and ongoing tax projects

  • Maintain high standards of:

  • Confidentiality

  • Governance

  • Documentation quality


What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who combines technical tax knowledge with strong analytical capability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field

  • Up to 3 years of tax experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax

  • Exposure to international tax and transfer pricing

  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and data-handling skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in:

  • Excel

  • PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion would be an advantage
