The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Tax Technology Assistant Manager to join our Data Pipeline and Platform Delivery capability group. Based in London, Birmingham, or Chelmsford, you will play an important role in advancing and expanding our portfolio of client-focused tax technology solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the end-to-end delivery of multiple tax technology and automation projects. You will collaborate closely with our specialist data analytics and implementation services teams, combining technical expertise and practical insight to produce high-quality, reliable, and innovative outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Tax Technology Assistant Manager, you will help shape, deliver, and enhance solutions that bring real value to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and deployment of client-focused tax technology solutions

• Managing end-to-end delivery across a range of tax technology and automation initiatives

• Collaborating with specialist teams in data analytics and implementation services to deliver integrated solutions

• Ensuring solutions are technically robust, high-quality, and aligned with client needs

• Contributing to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing products and offerings

• Helping design and develop new solutions that leverage RSM’s broad technology capabilities

• Driving innovation by identifying opportunities to use technology to solve client challenges at scale
