The Opportunity

As part of the Tax Technology team, you will support the discovery and implementation of technology-led improvements across tax services. You will contribute to the evaluation of automation opportunities, help assess technology business cases, and assist in embedding AI and automation solutions that respond to evolving project and business needs.

Reporting to the **Tax Technology Manager**, you will help define future-state business processes and user stories, ensuring automation initiatives are aligned to business requirements and deliver tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of activities that support the successful adoption of tax technology solutions.

• Identify automation opportunities by working with the Tax Technology team and Tax service line SMEs to review and improve business processes.

• Support business case development by collaborating with the Tax Technology leadership team and service line stakeholders to assess the value and suitability of technology solutions.

• Assist with AI and automation adoption by helping implement solutions driven by project needs and supporting associated business process changes.

• Help define target processes and user stories to support increased automation and effective AI integration.

• Facilitate communication and coordination between business stakeholders and the wider Tax Technology team throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Participate in functional and user testing, ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected in test scenarios and validating that solutions meet user needs.
