Bishop Fleming is seeking an ambitious and experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its expanding Tax Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a varied client portfolio, deliver high-value advisory work, and play a key role in developing both people and the wider business.

The Opportunity

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will work closely with a broad range of clients, from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses to fast-growing and established corporates. The role offers exposure to a diverse mix of complex and interesting tax advisory assignments, giving you the chance to make a genuine difference to your clients’ businesses.

You will also be an important figure within the Tax Team, supporting the development of junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring, while contributing to the firm’s continued growth through business development activity in the local market.

With the guidance and support of Bishop Fleming’s Tax Partners, you will have the opportunity to build your expertise and progress quickly toward Tax Director.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and delivering a broad range of corporate tax advisory projects

  • Overseeing the firm’s corporate tax compliance service alongside the management team

  • Coaching and developing trainees and junior team members into confident, capable tax advisors

  • Building strong client relationships and providing trusted, high-quality advice

  • Supporting business development initiatives and helping expand Bishop Fleming’s presence in the marketplace


About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong combination of technical tax expertise, people leadership, and commercial awareness.

You should have:

  • CTA qualification and/or ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience working within a Corporate Tax environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships

  • Strong people management capability, with a genuine interest in coaching and mentoring others

  • A proactive mindset and a desire to contribute to the success and growth of Bishop Fleming
