We are seeking an experienced EMEA Tax Operations Manager – Vice President to join the EMEA Tax Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of EMEA tax services, ensuring they are executed in line with client service level agreements and maintained to the highest quality standards.

This position also plays a key role in supporting the broader EMEA Tax team in the provision of shareholder investment tax reporting for funds administered by JPMorgan, covering multiple jurisdictions including Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, the UK, and Asian distribution reporting.

The team also acts as the UK Fund Corporation Tax lead, managing the full end-to-end CT600 process, including control framework enhancements, asset reviews, tax adjustments, and query management.


What You’ll Be Doing

As Vice President within the EMEA Tax Operations function, you will take ownership of a broad range of operational, technical, and stakeholder-facing responsibilities, including:

  • Serving as the primary UK Corporation Tax technical contact for internal teams, clients, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies

  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of UK Corporation Tax and other EMEA tax reporting obligations

  • Developing strong oversight frameworks with outsourced providers to support service excellence

  • Designing, implementing, and continuously improving the tax oversight model and associated control infrastructure

  • Leading tax-related projects and global initiatives, including new service launches and product implementations

  • Managing end-to-end client onboarding, from workshop facilitation and gap analysis through to milestone planning and target execution

  • Overseeing quality control and change management, while maintaining close collaboration with the Tax Product and Development Team, outsourced tax providers, and key stakeholders

  • Building and managing client and external auditor relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for tax service-related matters


What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong blend of technical tax expertise, operational leadership, and stakeholder management capability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Tax Operations or Tax Advisory role

  • Deep technical expertise in UK Corporation Tax

  • Solid knowledge of EMEA tax reporting requirements

  • Experience with new service implementation and client onboarding

  • Strong understanding of UK fund accounting, tax, and financial reporting industry standards

  • Sound knowledge of fund structures and financial instruments

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous tax or audit experience within a Big 4 firm

  • Additional language skills beyond English
