In-Office Expectations
Stripe believes in balancing flexibility with the value of in-person collaboration. In most locations, employees assigned to an office are expected to spend at least 50% of their time each month in their local office or with users.
These expectations can vary depending on the role, team, and location. For example, employees in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Bengaluru, and Dublin are currently expected to work 100% from the office. Some teams may also require greater in-office attendance to best support users and team workflows. Specific expectations will be discussed by the hiring manager during the process.
This approach is designed to support collaboration, learning, and connection, while offering flexibility where possible.
