About the Role
This in-house Corporate Tax Senior Associate role offers the chance to join a growing organisation and established tax team, supporting corporate tax compliance and tax accounting across EMEA and Asia Pacific. Reporting to a Senior Manager and working alongside a part-qualified tax specialist, the successful candidate will help manage tax reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-paced international environment.
Key responsibilities include preparing monthly tax provision reporting papers, calculating and reconciling current and deferred tax provisions and journals, and supporting the preparation of tax analyses for corporate tax returns. The role also involves assisting with UK quarterly instalment payments and payment-on-account calculations for other jurisdictions, as well as helping prepare statutory tax disclosures under relevant GAAP standards including FRS102.
The position requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders, external advisers, and HMRC, so strong communication and coordination skills are important. The team is looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy across compliance and reporting work.
Candidates should be qualified tax professionals such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA, with solid corporate tax compliance experience and a good understanding of tax accounting and related issues such as transfer pricing. Prior in-house or international tax experience would be beneficial, but the role could also suit someone looking to make their first move from practice into industry. The role is full-time and based in the West End office three days per week.
