  • Supporting income tax planning for clients

  • Assisting with the development of junior team members, providing clear guidance and support as directed by the Tax Manager

  • Helping the Tax Manager monitor junior staff workflow and ensure workloads are being managed effectively

  • Taking ownership of your own training and development records

  • Managing your time and working practices effectively to maximise profitability and uphold the firm’s strong reputation

  • Maintaining excellent personal organisation, setting a professional example for junior colleagues

  • Keeping progress reports up to date

What We’re Looking For

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Currently studying for ATT or recently ATT qualified

  • Strong and up-to-date technical tax knowledge

  • Familiarity with the firm’s software packages and wider tax systems

  • Willingness to balance the responsibilities of a full-time role with continued professional study

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work

  • Strong workload prioritisation and time management skills

  • Ability to apply professional judgement where required

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

  • Natural aptitude for figures and a genuine interest in business and commerce

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
