Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising businesses during acquisitions and disposals, including reviewing and signing off employment tax due diligence reports

  • Coaching and developing trainees and junior team members

  • Supporting business development activity both in the local market and across the wider firm

  • Contributing to business strategy and the continued development of employment tax services

About You

To succeed in this position, you will be a confident and commercially aware tax professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for building relationships and developing people.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience working in an employment tax environment

  • Experience advising on international employment tax matters is desirable, but not essential

  • Experience with CIS is helpful, though not required

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships

  • A genuine interest in coaching, mentoring, and developing others

  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the firm
